Get Floored

I used Get Floored back in 2016 and was very glad I did, so much so that when I had water damage and had to replace my floor I didn't even bother shopping around - I went straight back to them. Don't bother with the expensive chain places. Get Floored has a good selection, GREAT prices, and both floors they installed for me came out perfect. Their installers are quick and courteous. The owner Gennaro is super easy to work with, and he doesn't try to "sell" you on anything. He just wants to help. If I could give six stars I would!

Get Floored offers competitive pricing. It was a pleasure dealing with Tony and Genaro. Genaro was able to order us a Shaw carpet that he didn't have in his store while offering great pricing. There was a slight hiccup with the padding that was ordered since the wrong one was delivered. Genaro however fixed the issue immediately and the carpet was installed on time and beautifully. His installers did a great job. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable.

My floor was put down and reput down because it started lifting now I call the owner multiple times and he refuses to help. Terrible installers. Have no idea what they’re doing. Don’t go there , its a rip off!!
