Dr. Jackson and her team are the absolute best. Our dog has been a patient of hers since we brought her home as a puppy. Her team loves your fur baby as their own and they are so compassionate to the pet parents. Dr. Jackson is a smart and practical professional. Our dog recently had a complicated health issue and Dr. Jackson listened to us and efficiently diagnosed it and helped us navigate treatment. The office itself is modern & clean. Highly recommend.

Both of my dogs were seen for routine visits this week and we had an amazing experience! One of my dogs is very traumatized and scared in a vet setting and they were so patient and kind. Highly recommend Gentle Touch for all vet needs.

We were grandfathered into Gentle Touch after being loyal patrons of Triad Animal Hospital for years. We were so sad to hear of Dr Marty leaving but couldn't have asked for a better replacement . Gentle Touch tics all the boxes: they are very responsive, they care deeply about your animals, they have a nice app that is user friendly , as well as an online pharmacy option . They have xrays and blood work on site. I've been just so impressed by them! Plus!!!!! Their treat menu is deliciously boujie. AND I have a young baby-the techs are always jumping up to help me when I visit so we can all be at ease. They ll never understand just how much that means to me.

I've known Dr. Jackson AND this amazing group of people for many years, as I was fortunate enough to get to work with them all. I can tell you without a doubt that Dr. Jackson and her entire staff truly care. They have all been with me through all my pets' journies, and they always will be. We're so happy that Gentle Touch is finally here! These folks truly are the best at what they do. The experience was fantastic. The environment was calming and comfortable, not like a clinic.
