Very happy with my purchase of 4 slings! I admit I was hesitant at first using a new to me, an online business. I have learned a hard lesson in the past. The team was GREAT! They answered question promptly, they did what they said they were going to do and did with kindness and helpful attitude. The packaging is OUTSTANDING, very well done to point it was like opening a gift. The slings arrived in excellent condition, active and vibrant in color. This was my first purchase from exotics unlimited. Their customer service is fast and top notch. They are extremely helpful and kind. Upon opening my package, I could tell great care was taken to meticulously package all of these babies for safe travel. Ok. I’ll start off by saying I love the tarantulas that I got, they were all alive, and no issues there. However, the customer service aspect is what kind of killed me here. I submitted my order (without an email apparently) which is my fault, they did not reach out in a week so I reached out via phone with no answer. Ok no worries, sent them an email. They sent me back the form which I filled out. Another few days go by and I reached out again and they said I never filled out the form. No biggie, re-did the form. They reach out and said that I’m for facility delivery because of the weather. I explained I work from home and sent which days specifically would be best for me. Very easy to communicate with, packs animals with great care. Initially missed one tarantula from my first order, which to be fair was one of likely hundreds during the holiday season. They were easy to communicate with and were able to add the missing one to my next order. All arrived safely packed with zero DOAs for both orders. Definitely planning on ordering from them again!

I was hesitant to buy online as I usually do expos but everything was great. The spiders shipped with a heat pack and we're packed very nicely. I would definitely buy from them again but trying to take it slow with my collection. Edit: i did not go slow with the collection and have ordered from exoticsunlimited from palmstreet and their site quite a few times since. Communication and packaging is always good with this company and they have great deals. They're also on palmstreet about once a week.
