I have been here a few times and have been informed about their care of my pets. Recently one of my dogs fell ill from old age and they tried to bring my Buddy back from his illness. I had to unfortunately euthanize him a couple weeks later. The staff and doctor were very kind, made sure Buddy received a calm and respectful end. Even went out to the lobby to quiet a few barking dogs to set a calm atmosphere for my pet. Staff was very respectful, heart felt and professional. The experience was a sad one, I did not expect what happened next. A couple weeks past and on a rainy day I received a hand written card from them expressing their care. It meant a lot and still hold this card with my Buddy’s ashes. Thank you Generation for all that you do 🫶🏼
10/10 great experience at Generation Pet Clinic. The doctors and staff are extremely friendly, kind, and understanding. They were so nurturing to my sweet pup and had the best of intentions helping calm his anxiety. Great price and affordable in comparison to nearby places. Highly recommend them and I will be coming back!
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience. When we had to put down our childhood dog, the assistant showed no compassion. While our dog was still on the table and we were crying, we were immediately asked to pay and choose an urn. We weren't given any time to grieve until after we paid, which was incredibly painful and disrespectful. About a month later, our second dog became very sick and was diagnosed with cancer. His condition declined rapidly, and we were advised to leave him at the vet for additional bloodwork and a transfusion. We deeply regret that decision, as he was uncomfortable and in pain during his final days. The same day he came home, we had to rush him to the emergency vet, where he passed away. Days later, this office called with test results, no
Had a great first time at this vet, took my baby Paco here to get his ear and eye checked everyone was so polite and tentative to him. Pricing was one of the things I was afraid of but it was below what I anticipated. Will definitely make this my family Vet going forward.
I cannot say enough good things about this vet office. Their staff, from the front desk to the doctors are incredibly kind and patient. I take all four of my cats to them and will continue to go to them forever.
