Gateway Pet Cemetery & Crematory

I lost my two besties less than 6 months apart after being together for so long. As a veteran my dogs are so important to the healing I’ve been working on. My heart is broken but they helped doing a wonderful cremation and paw prints. I’m forever grateful to them despite all the pain I’m in. They did great. Thank you!!!

I shall forever be grateful to the entire staff for their compassion and handling of my beloved companions, Shanny and Grimm who passed from bone cancer within 3 weeks of one another. The turn around time was much quicker than I thought it would be. I was grateful that I could deliver their remains directly to them after having the local Humane Society euthanize them. It gave me a sense of completion of my duty to my loved ones.

Over the past 20+ year my family have had 6 cats and dogs cremated here. We have not ever had any issues. Matter of fact, when picking up our furbaby’s ashes over the years, it almost gave a heart warming feeling when you see how beautiful and well handled they are. I highly recommend this place. We usually take the route of having Gateway pick up our furbaby from the Vet and transporting to their location. (The vet has a cooling unit until they are picked up). Then us picking up our cremated furbaby from the vet we left them at.

I had the best experience dropping my dog off initially. Its been 10 days and I have heard nothing so I call to get an update. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She would not give me an update said it takes 7 to 10 business days and that I dont need to call they will call me. Never got an answer to my question. Maybe its best to go through the vet and pay the extra fee to be spoken to with some respect and compassion. I hung up regretting taking my baby here.

I know there are those out there who love their Fur babies as much as I loved mine. Gateway did an excellent job with my beloved Nanook
