I took my cat in with a wound. He was examined and kept fix the wound neutered him as well, but they did not give any instructions how to take care of him after afterwards. That was kind of disappointing because I figured all that game instructions didn’t get any handwritten verbal nothing kind let me down. I’ll take my animals back, but I will ask For instructions.

I’d leave a negative no star if I could. Toby was to be euthanized 9/29/25 11:20 am. Because he accidently bit my sister the day before while she was giving him a tiny piece of hamburger, I was told it’s state law he’d be put down then sent for a brain specimen to rule out rabies (they failed to tell me that consists of cutting off his head!). They’ve been administering pain and seizure meds for almost a year and Toby never is out of my sight! They KNEW HE WASN’T RABID!! To explain my condition, afyer the pain of just putting my baby down, then for this unproffesional vet to tell me it’s state law this has to be done?? The very next day??! They will never know what they did! And my advice? FIRE THAT VETERINARIAN THAT WAS SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL & UNCARING!! This is the second time I’ve tried

These people took their time when my baby was at his worst. Thank you so much for treating my Titan with Love and care when we needed it the most. ♥️

Melinda Miller Henderson Yes, it is a state law, but it’s their discretion and Lambert should’ve took one look at him and knew it was time for him to be put down, but she was looking for the $$! She had no compassionate bone in her body for Toby! I believe Dr. Parr would have went ahead with the procedure! I absolutely am switching vets because they have no idea what they put us through! And put Toby through!

Thank you for making our new fur baby feel better!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Only place to get us in right away, everyone else was going to make us wait 4 more days! They were concerned about our new puppies symptoms and made time for him. He was laying around and not doing much and in pain with his back since we picked him up from the breeder, it was such a scary thing but Galion Veterinary Hospital helped our new little one and were very kind and welcoming! Now he’s back to playing and being a healthy puppy! Thank you all so much! 🥹
