Our dog, Millie, can be extremely nervous in new environments and around new people. As soon as we walked in, Abby noticed she was a bit nervous with the other dogs that were there, and made a few adjustments with the other dogs to make her feel more comfortable. Upon picking her up from her first appointment, she was all tail wags and happy prances! She loved Abby, and her coat was so soft and shiny. 😊

We took our Beagle and Border Collie here for the first time Yesterday. They came back looking great and smelled amazing! Our Border Collie was trimmed up and looked very refreshed. They told us upon pick up that our Border Collie was stressing some of the other dogs due to her constant barking while waiting to be groomed. They stated that they separated her from the group for the other dog’s comfort. I thought this spoke volumes for how the establishment treats the pets while they wait! Very Considerate! Our Border Collie is definitely one to bark! (CUTE BANDANAS ARE ALWAYS A PLUS)

Highly recommend Galion Shampooch! We had our dog Lady boarded for 6 days while we were away and a grooming session before pickup. Sarah sent us daily updates and photos which gave us total peace of mind. Even though Lady missed us, she had a great stay and was so well cared for. The grooming was amazing! Lady came back incredibly soft, clean, and smelling great. Sarah truly loves what she does, and it shows in her work.

We had a last-minute trip and needed to board our girls. Sarah was able to take them on short notice, which we were so grateful for. While we were away, she even checked in to see if we wanted them groomed and went above and beyond by trimming our older dog’s nails (not an easy task!). Communication was excellent the entire time, and our dogs came home smelling great and looking wonderful. Highly recommend! 🐾We will be back
