This is just another nasty puppy mill. Missouri is full of them. The government here allows them, so yes they can claim that they're legal. Puppy mills and breeders make up 2 million of the 3 million dogs euthanized in this country every year. This is not an adoption agency it is a seller. Please opt 2 adopt, never buy a puppy.
