Let me tell you, these folks are amazing! We were referred to them by the 24hr emergency vet visit after a complete urine blockage in my sweet cat Chicken. He continues to have some residual effects and they have been absolutely amazing with my family. Not only did they get us in quick, smooth and efficiently, their kindness and empathy made all the difference in the world to me. Im a hot mess cat mommy when something happens and they have been so thoughtful with receiving my unease. Thank you for being top tier in the industry and great humans for our fur babies! Kandy is the best Groomer in the DFW area and you won’t find anyone who loves your dogs more. 14yrs so we have to say goodbye to some pups together and you really see what a wonder person she is in those moments. T and K

What a fantastic veterinary practice! Dr. Krumnow and Kaliegh are so kind, gentle and patient with our pups. Our dogs are normally terrified of all people working at the vet, but they trusted and loved them! They are super knowledgeable and offer a full range of services. I did a good bit of research to find my baby’s new vet home. Frisco West Animal Center exceeded my expectations. They worked her in as a new patient after she had a fall. Kaliegh and Cassie were warm and welcoming. Jalesa, the tech, made us feel so comfortable, and at ease. Dr. Tabor is thorough, and you could tell she cared. I’ll never leave!

We had a great visit with Dr. Krumnow and Shelby today. My dog took an immediate liking to both of them. Dr. Krumnow was very thorough with her exam and answered all my questions with expertise and understanding. The whole staff there is very welcoming, including Tyler and Kaliegh as you walk in.
