Had a very pleasant experience! We are getting all new flooring at work which is never the easiest but Chris and Brian (Bryan?) were wonderful. Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure to communicate with the office staff every step of the way so we were able to properly prepare for our work day and move furniture. At the end of every day they made sure the space was spotless and the end result looked amazing! A new team has come in to work on the carpeting in another room and, even with some major unforseen issues popping up everyone has stayed positive and been incredible to work with.

My apartment complex used this company after a leak causing the carpets needing to be replaced in my bedroom. I moved all furniture out of my room and into the living room except my desk that was too big to fit past the L-shaped hallway leading to my living room (so I left it sitting in the hallway). Immediately upon arriving I explained to the guy that my desk wouldn’t fit through and he insisted that we try anyways. He ended up completely destroying my desk, the entire top and left side broke off (didn’t find out until after he was gone). He replaced the carpet but then told me he had to run downstairs to get his vacuum to finish up. He didn’t come back for over an hour and a half and I had to call down to my apartment complex to ask where he had went (he even left the old carpet bunched

Terrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Including rental Properties. I had them replace my entire upper floor and the stairs. Plus my master bedroom and closet. I’m going to figure out how to post pictures and a video on what it looks like after installed.

I highly recommend this business. Fries was easy to work with, professional, and accommodating to my schedule. They were able to complete the job from measure, quote, order, and install within 10 days! Also, pricing was fair and reasonable. I love my new carpet.
