Fresh Prints Pet Lodge and Day Resort

I have been boarding my dogs for years at Fresh Prints for short stays and for up to 3 weeks. It is literally like dropping my dogs off at a family members home . I never worry about their safety or care. My dog Bruce had a minor emergency and Linda was going to drive him to the veterinarian herself but I was able to take him . I felt comfortable enough to take him back for them to care for them while I had a major surgery. I can’t say enough about every single staff member and so appreciative of them. They came home today with a beautiful plant and get well card signed with my dogs names ♥️ Thank you for loving Bruce and Lucy like they were your own family. Love Patty

Fresh Prints Pet Lodge & Day Resort is a top notch family owned pet business. Professional, courteous, they go above & beyond for all the pups. This facility is not only extremely clean & welcoming, but clearly run like a tight ship. I highly recommend Fresh Prints to anyone needing a safe & fun space for their beloved dogs!

I don't get to visit Jacksonville often, but I got very lucky finding this place! You aren't just a number here, the team and owner reach out to tell you how your kiddos are doing! They send pictures! They call you to ensure your kids are up-to-date on their vaccinations! Such a great place and really safe for your kids. Tall, TALL gates, even my jumpers cannot reach over their gates! Thanks a lot Brian!

I felt so at ease dropping my dog off with Linda and Jay. They reassured me my pet would be taken care of and were really great in updating me when they could on how my dogs stay was going. I really really appreciate the respect, kindness, & care given to not only me but my dog as well. I can see why so many people come to leave their pets here. I will be returning for all my boarding or day care needs. Thank you all again!

This is the 2nd time we have trusted them with our puppy Whiskey. The service is incredible and they are all very kind. They are so trustworthy and caring. They even gave him a complimentary bath and nail trim the morning of his last day. Highly recommend Fresh Prints, your dog will be in great hands!!
