Fremont Veterinary Hospital

Recently had a first time client appointment for one of my older ranch animals Tobias H. Cat. He needed a diabetic check up/follow up having been recently diagnosed. Can’t say enough good things about Fremont Veterinary Hospital. 10/10 would recommend! Dr. Metcalfe was wonderful and took time to listen and address all my questions and concerns. They were friendly, courteous towards the animals, and even the young ladies at the reception were patient with my questions and even applied the military Veteran discount I wasn’t aware of as soon as they saw my USAA debit card. Left feeling good about being a client of theirs.

Today was a hard day. We had to make the hard call. Our fur baby is over the rainbow bridge now. We have been with Fremont Veterinary Hospital for years. The staff here are incredible! Every time we have been in, either for a check up or otherwise, the staff are just amazing! Super helpful and always caring. The best Vet staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I can’t say enough good things about this vet office. My cat came home injured, and I was so worried. They got us in quickly, treated him with such care, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves animals and takes pride in what they do. They were gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly so I knew my cat was in good hands. I’m so grateful for their compassion and professionalism. It means the world when your pet is family. Highly recommend! Highly recommend. No one could get us in the day before thanksgiving and even though they were really busy they were able to get us an appointment right away. The vet and the staff couldn’t have been anymore compassionate and caring. They also do an assessment to make sure you are making the right decision and I was able to get the closure that I needed. As difficult as it was I know I made the right decision. The vet was incredible and was able to make such a difficult situation less stressful and really appreciated her.

This vet used to be a great place to take my pets. I have 5 pets n l was very unhappy w/ the care thet gave Rosie whenshe was diagnosed as a diabetic. I was charged an emergency fee in spite of having had an appt. the manager Patty could even freaking answer my question 'for being charged the fee. "Idon't know' she said . Incompetence n she needs more training n it's not easy to be a manager. Then l was charged a fee to have her blood tested even though l had already tested her. W/my Becky they didn't read their email trying to give her a shot for her arthritis. I don't need a vet that put $$$$ over my pets. I have observed n now they charge you a fee to examine the pets n before they didn't. I won't go there anymore n l removed the clinic from my will. My Rosie is no longer diabetic l
