The 1st doctor acted like she didn't want to touch my dog. He's a gentle giant. Never have problems with vet visits. We went back the same day, saw another doctor, she was more receptive but we still ended up at the Emergency Vet hospital so I spent money and time and was brokenhearted on how my baby was treated. The communication was great with the techs though so that's why I give 2 stars.

There is a reason this is one of the best rated vets you can find. The establishment is well ran and the staff is engaged and friendly. Dr Arnold is a woman of integrity. We’ve always had the best experiences at freeland.

We needed asap new kitten appointment while RV traveling following a holiday. Freeland gave us a morning slot and provided all needed services enabling us to keep the new kitty. We had other cats already with us so it was a relief to get him tested and situated! Thank you reception, assistant Helen, and Dr. Jenna Arnold!

We took our dog in for usual yearly exam and vaccines. Found out her ears were infected. Appropriate treatment and follow up were provided. She is doing well!! Dr Francis is the best. Very professional and kind. Our dog adores her!! Office staff is always helpful and professional!!

Customer service is fantastic! All doctors and staff are professional and so very caring. My dog actually enjoys going to the vet! Such awesome service at a very reasonable cost.
