They don't even deserve a star. They are rude,unprofessional. Will never go to this place. They are ignorant, they answer their phone but leave you hanging while you listen to them talk,laugh and doing nothing. Very unprofessional, rude,disrespectful. Boycott this place. If you care about your pets and love them don't go here

Let me start by saying I am not one to leave negative reviews especially for a Local business in my town. I prefer to stay positive, but today left a sour taste in my mouth. I went to Franklin Grooming last year for the first time in September. I wanted to support her business especially after she supported the business I work for. I brought my dog in and was happy with the results. Everything seemed great. A couple months later I called to book an appointment but was told she was booked out pretty far in advance, fair enough. Long story short I ended up not getting him in for some time and that showed on his records. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and was met with no questions or concerns of that.
