Franklin Falls Animal Clinic

I have been taking my furry family to Franklin Falls pretty much since Dr Mullen opened her practice. She is a brilliant veterinarian and extraordinary human being and I would not trust anyone else with my four footed family! Her staff is exceptional! Very educated and caring. I’m always so stressed when any of my pets are sick or injured but they are understanding and compassionate even when I’m at my worst. I’m very lucky to have Dr Mullen and her staff take care of my pets and my dog literally drags me into the office to see her every time…. If my dog loves it there that much you will too!!!

I won’t be taking any more of my cats there. My beautiful angel died within weeks of being diagnosed with renal insufficiency. During the time I was fighting for her life I only saw the veterinarian once for just a few minutes in the lobby. Otherwise, I dealt with a variety of staffers. In retrospect, I don’t have any evidence she was ever seen by the vet, since I was never allowed back of the clinic with her. I only have their word.

Franklin falls has never failed our family of five cats and one dog. They’ve always been accommodating with last minute drop offs (which most vets I’ve found don’t do) for emergencies that don’t warrant the hospital. The front desk staff is always informative and sweet, making you feel very welcome. Also love love love Dr. Mullen!!!

We started taking my cats here at the beginning of the year after a recommendation from a neighbor. One of my cats has had ongoing ear infections and this was the first time a vet suggested to bring him back to check to make sure his infection has cleared up. Dr. Mullen made sure to continue checking on him to make sure that his ear infection was all the way cleared up. She then did a dental cleaning for the same cat who needed a couple of extractions. My cat is noticeably feeling better and feeling more playful due to the care that he has been receiving from the team and Dr. Mullen! Couldn’t recommend more!

Very disappointed in this clinic. I have been a client for a long time and paid every service in full only to not have my calls returned timely. It is like a great favor to me when I am given drop off appointments (which cost extra). Then when I am given medication and told to call for a refill, my call was NOT returned timely so this antibiotic that is required every 12 hours isn't given and he backslides (as expected). I was told I need to pay for another appointment and be forced to pay for an expensive injection, and that if I am not willing to do that for the exact same skin infection that I need to find a new clinic. I have never had a vet office tell me to complete a course of antibiotics and then get angry when I follow instructions and request the refill and demand another v
