FOWAS, Friends of the Watsonville Animal Shelter SPAY + NEUTER

Sandy is so rude and disrespectful and called me an idiot for missing my appointment because I got extremely ill and could not get anyone to help me take my dog on short notice and Tod me she was gonna make sure that the animal shelter fined me and refused to reschedule me and accused me of taking money out of her pocket and hung up on me. I can barely talk becsuse of this severe cold I have and she wouldn’t even let me try to talk and was yelling over me. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and felt this was extremely unprofessional.

I'm really happy with FOWAS. I had 5 cats said and neutered there recently. The cats are doing great. I really like the two ladies running the front office. They were 100% professional and informative. No surprises. Plus, these two are not going to work at a place we're they mis treat animals. They gave me a great level of confidence in this organization.

We had our 3 female dachshunds spade here. They are awesome. Made appointment, and paid over the phone. Prices are reasonabe, everyone is friendly, caring, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.
