Customer Reviews
Dr Fender neutered and removed masses on my 10 year old boxer due to some masses growing around his private areas and testicles. The staff there and DVM did such a great job. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist to the techs to the Dr. My dog still acts like a puppy. Thank you so much four paws.
Our family has been coming to fout paws for over twenty years. Doctor Mary was great and her staff were amazing. But since the sale of the veterinarian clinic The service has severely suffered. Made me made a decision today not to do business there anymore.. When I arrived at the clinic, they're watching their children. The veterinarian technician, i admitted to you not reviewing my dogs chart and asking me questions that we're in her chart. It's an example of corporate coming in and not caring.
I highly recomend Four Paws Vet Clinic, highly proffesional skilled staff and exceptional office enviroment. Thank you Doctor Fender for your expertise and care for our Persian Kitten Laci, my wife and I are so fortunate to have you as our Veterinarian!
So happy to have Dr. Fender back in Tucson! This was my first time visiting Four Paws (I used Dr. Fender back when he still owned St. Mary’s) and I can say I also really like the clinic/location itself! Dr. Fender has been treating my pup for 11 years. Everything from puppy shots, to orthopedic surgery, to diagnosing and treating her Cushing’s now that she’s an old lady. I literally don’t trust ANYONE else to treat her. Dr. Fender is not only great at what he does, but he doesn’t give you the run around and sales pitches that are so common at most clinics these days.
The relief vet, a heavy set young woman, dr. Cezvic, came in and started criticizing me instead of helping me find a solution for my elderly cat's lack of appetite. She started scolding me for not sticking with one vet and then she told me that she had to skip lunch because of me! She also said my cat was probably blind to which I countered that she seemed ok to me. They took my cats blood pressure and didnt find blindness either. She never offered me anything else. Carrie, the manager, never says hello but will talk to the receptionist right in front of you loud enough for you to hear. They have communication problems, too, and took blood from my dog when I had told the vet on the phone that it would be done at the dental vet. Then Carrie tells the receptionist that I wont be able to
