i have to say this place was the first place i have ever adopted from and im so glad i did because of how we was welcomed in! the people here were very friendly, understanding and worked with me and my husband to make sure we found our perfect matches and sure enough we did! we added to precious sweetest babies from here and im so glad that yall let us take the time to see all the babies and show each one with love!! definitely will be recommending y’all to anyone looking to adopt a sweet fur baby!! thanks and hope yall enjoy the pics!

We didn’t expect to get a dog that day 01/07, but we did, his name was originally Rider.. His name is now chance, he already answers to it! Just only less than a few days are hearts were wrapped around him as well as his. He’s such a silly, loving, tug a war boy. Thank you so much for the best family dog we could ask for!! ❤️

I met the love of my life Juliet here back in 2016. They say her old owners abandoned. her but, in my opinion, she is THE most well behaved dog EVER!! She never barks, she goes on walks without a leash (never had to train her), always stays by our side, has NEVER been aggressive, and i could keep going. Thank you ASPCA for bringing my baby to me. She is my world and my everything. Thank you ❤️

I've been here to Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control a couple times in my life. 1.) For a field trip when I was in school sometime i believe at St. John's New Haven for Girl Scouts💚🤎🖤🤍❤️🩷💗💖🍪✨️. The last time I was in here was when I was with Ivy Tech💚 Community College💚✨️🌱🌟🎓👩🏼‍🎓❤️✨️ with the group Trio❤️🖤🤍 and we volunteered here and it was super fun. I Love🩷 the place. Great place for animals - Cats🐈😻🐈‍⬛️😺😸🐱 & Dogs 🐕 🐶🐾🦮🐕‍🦺🐩🐾✨️✨️✨️✨️. Excellent service and good volunteering opportunities✨️❤️. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all together. ✨️✨️✨️✨️

I was there to get a German shepherd and my I was told my application was approved on line . When I got there there was only one person in the lobby so I got real excited because it is a first come well a lady came in after me and she got the German shepherd I thought well it was meant to be the next day I looked on there sight to see the German shepherd was returned so I got there 15 minutes before opening I was very excited I was the first one there . Well it happened again a gentleman came in they said he was first well he didn’t bring in the dog he got the day before to meet with the other dog so they denied him well there went my excitement again just for them to come out and say I was denied 😭this place picks and chooses who gets the animals not who was there first .
