Nice facility and the staff is friendly, but they are a bit incompetent! We drove over 3.5 hours and during their background check instead of ASKING us where we live they assumed we lived at another apt complex! They had our address, but they still messed up! We did adopt that day, but it’s ridiculous that they didn’t communicate with us!
