Forever Friends Columbus Pet Cremation and Memorialization

Our clinic has used Forever Friends for the last few years, but I recently used them for the first time for my own dog, Lottie. They are always very prompt and respectful when picking up pets from our hospital. On the personal side, the options were very clear and explained thoroughly up front, and everyone I spoke to was kind, professional, and compassionate. Lottie was delivered to our home at a time that was convenient for us, and the young man who brought her to us introduced himself and was very kind and professional (I’m so sorry in the moment his name went right out of my head, I think maybe it was Drew). I lost my beloved cat suddenly and they were able to let me come in the same day. The gentleman I spoke with (who I believe is the owner) was very kind and gentle with the loss of my girl. They arranged everything and I was able to pick her up in a couple of days. Her paw print is absolutely beautiful, and I wish I could give a huge thank you to whoever collected her fur. They made sure to get every color that she had and layered it beautifully on the poem card. Will happily recommend this place to anybody who has suffered the loss of their beloved animal.

I unexpectedly lost my German shepherd Rosie on Thanksgiving and had her cremated here and I just want to say how truly grateful I am for the care and compassion they showed. I’ve unfortunately had to cremate five of my pets over the years and this was by far the most thoughtful and personal experience I’ve ever had. Rosie’s paw print was absolutely perfect, better than I could have ever hoped for. They even created a little baggie of her fur and layered all of her different colors so beautifully. My daughter lost her dog in a tragic accident about a month ago. We decided to have him cremated for her, and Forever Friends was amazing. Gave us comfort knowing our boy was being so well taken care of after we had to leave him. All the Memorialization was beautiful upon pick up. My daughter and our family are so thankful to them.
