The people that own and run this store truly care about animals and try to help you to the best of their ability. I love that they believe in natural remedies, homeopathic supplements, and healthy diets for pets. They had very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places, even online counting shipping cost. They truly helped me out in my time of need and educated me on some things I didn't know so I'm very pleased and will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on! Thank you to Rob and Deb for even opening a place like this! They really do it for the love of fur babies 🐶🐱🐰.

I prefer to support local businesses but that means they operate their business how they want and sometimes that means without customer service. Considered not purchasing anything due to the poor service and very unwelcome feelings given by the owners but they did have some nice homemade treats I knew my dogs would enjoy. Will find another business to support in the future.

Went down to weigh my puppy for his first birthday, I called before hand to make sure it was okay and was told they were closing at 2 instead of 6. When I got there I was not greeted and I felt very unwelcome. I still bought a small pack of treats as a courtesy for using the scale and my dogs did like them, however, I will not be returning.

I had high hopes for this store but unfortunately I will not be coming here again. The owners are very unwelcoming and didn’t even acknowledge our presence when we walked in. They also didn’t have a good variety of pet products. I highly recommend shopping at another local pet store!!
