BEEN TAKING MY DOGS 🐕🐕🐶🐶 HERE FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. PEGGY IS THE OWNER AND IS WONDERFUL. STARLA AND LACY TREAT MY PUP CHILDREN LIKE THEY ARE THERE OWN. THEY LOVE ❤️ ON THEM AND I KNOW WHEN I LEAVE HER WITH THEM I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HER. SHE IS A DIVA AND THEY TREAT HER LIKE ONE. 😂

I boarded my dogs here the first weekend of January. After their stay, they were diagnosed with kennel cough. I want to be clear that I don’t blame the facility for the illness itself — kennel cough can happen in any boarding environment, even well-run ones, and I understand that it’s a risk when dogs are housed together. Where I was disappointed was in the way the situation was handled when I called to notify the facility. I wasn’t calling to complain or demand anything — just to give them a heads up so they could be aware and take whatever precautions they felt were appropriate. Instead, I was met with a defensive and dismissive response along the lines of, “you’re the only one who’s called” and “we require vaccinations.” I had already made it clear I wasn’t blaming them and was only p

I've been taken my dog Sniffers here for 12 years they do a really good job but the last year I've been told they can't do her shampoo and nail trimming because there all booked up or short on staff really rude when they talk to you I'm a truck driver I go once a month maybe less and every time I call to bring her over it's a NO I live 2500 ft from paws only I know the owner Mrs Peggy and this is how her employees treat old customers NO No No my dog is up to date on all her shots it should be Yes not no I guess I'm going to have to find another place to go I also pay cash and leave a $10 to $20 tip everytime I guess being a valued customer and friend is a thing of the past ✝️🇺🇸

We leave our dog there for several days at a time he seems to like it and we dont worry about his safety. Its also affordable which is nice! I appreciate that he comes home smelling good too.

I called all around Dothan to find a new boarding facility for our Goldendoodle and they were prompt and very professional. They also called our vet to verify all required vaccines. Our dog was very well taken care of, I think he enjoyed his stay while we were away. Family is very nice, clean and organized, with very friendly employees. We will board there again.
