I recently had the pleasure of taking my precious dog, Blue, to Westwood Pet Care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire team were truly remarkable. Dr. Joki and Jodi took the time to thoroughly assess Blue, addressing all our concerns with patience and expertise. It was clear that they genuinely care about pets, providing a warm and nurturing environment. The staff was equally wonderful, always ready to help and ensure we were comfortable. We are in between moving and our 9 year old boxer was having trouble walking. I cant tell how wonderful everyone was at Westwood. We are definately going to keep them as our vet once we have fully transitioned. They were extremely understanding and kind. We were given a early morning appointment on Monday. Dr Joki was knowledgeable and took her time to explain things. Her knowledge of orthopedics was impressive. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

I have been coming here for over a year now for my two service dogs, they have not only treated me like family and with great respect but my dogs as well! They have been extremely thorough in treatment plans when needed and have offered me multiple ways to do them. The prices I would say or more than fair and they offer a military discount which they love their past and current service members! The staff at the front desk I must say are extremely nice and knowledgeable and are there to help you and your pet feel comfortable! I cannot say enough about them and would HIGHLY recommend them as I have many times before as THE vet to go to!

Our pets are established clients at Westwood. On Christmas Day, our 15 year old cat was having respiratory issues. Initially, we tried to alleviate her symptoms thinking she would get better as she has a chronic illness. As the day went by, her condition worsened. We knew we didn’t want her suffering and knew it was time for her to cross over. We called the after hours emergency line and it wasn’t working. We tried it numerous times starting mid afternoon until the evening. We also left a message on the regular line. At this point, we were desperate and started calling other vets in Dothan and Enterprise for help. Their emergency services said they didn’t take clients that were not established with them or they didn’t return our call. It was suggested to make the drive to Montgomery or Aub

I have lived in three different state, owned dogs most of my life. Dr. Joki provided the best care for my dogs I have experienced. Very thorough, did not send me home without a solution and the price was very fair. The staff exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice!
