They only care about money. I asked about getting a clipping of his hair and said I would let them know, since it was a $30 charge, which Lap of Love (euthanasia company that is amazing) provided at no charge. I called just now to ask for the clipping. Too late, too bad, so sad. No one called to say, “Hey, we need an answer now so we can move forward.” They just cremated him knowing this was still unresolved. Cruelty at its finest. I’ve called my vet and reported this experience. Do not recommend. I’ve never left a one star review.

I want to update this. The manager of the Conroe office called after reading this and rectified my complaint. He apologized for his employee and understood my feelings. He went above and beyond to fulfill my wishes. The Conroe office serves the A&M vet school, making it quite busy, I am sure. But he took the time to call several times to make sure I received my ashes and that everything was as I wanted. I appreciate these efforts immensely and certainly offer a positive review. I just had a miserable experience on the phone with your telemarketer aka bereavement specialist. Thank you for the beautiful return of our golden Koni. We loved her in life and at passing, and she was handled with love and care as she was prepared to come back home to us.

Unfortunately death is a part of owning a pet. My cat passed away unexpectedly and suddenly and I was able to bring her to fond memories, and get her back within a week. Including the urn, it was $320. It was important to get my girl’s ashes back and they treated the entire process with care, compassion, and efficiency, Mia specifically. Although it’s a little morbid to say, it was neat to see the feet impressions of all the exotic animals they’ve received. Hopefully not any time soon, but we will be using them in the future.

Had an amazing experience from the very first phone call all the way to delivery of my Smokey. Losing him unexpectedly truly broke our hearts, but having these keepsakes truly helped us heal. Thank you for all you do!
