⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience with Polar Pet Lodge! Our babies , Misty and Molly, stayed there recently, and the care they received was outstanding. Molly has a condition that requires special attention, and the staff handled it with such compassion and professionalism—treating her as if she were part of their own family. Misty was equally pampered, and both dogs came home happy, healthy, and relaxed. The team at Polar Pet Lodge truly goes above and beyond. The Parrett-Cook family are so happy we found this pet boarding gem. We took a tour before boarding our 2 cats and fell in love immediately. We had pleasant greetings from staff and their adorable 4 legged friends in the office! They have absolutely a wonderful set up for all cat personalities. They have a wonderful catio for cats who love being indoor and outdoor. They have a large room for a cat family (if you have a few cats) who would prefer being together. All of their cat suites have beds, towers and windows for your baby to have a view. We received text updates, pictures and a wonderful report card on how our animals adapted during their stay. We have been coming to Polar Pet Lodge for years, when they were known as Leash and Bridle. Every time we drop off our pups we know they are in the best hands in a stimulating, fun and clean environment! I would recommend this place for all your boarding and daycare needs. The staff is always friendly and transparent on your animals stay. Go and check their facilities out! Your fur baby’s will thank you for it!

The Polar Pet Lodge is amazing. You can clearly see the staff love and provide excellent care to our furry babies. The staff is knowledgeable, personal, and the facility is well maintained. Best of all, Samson my boy, loves going to Polar Pet Lodge. Once I pull up in the driveway to drop him off for daycare, as soon as I open his door he tries to bolt for the gate. Samson knows once he’s passed the gate his friends are there waiting and ready to play. When I pick Samson up, he is happy, content and exhausted

We’ve been using Polar Pet Lodge for a while now and we (and our dog) love it! The staff is very friendly, they’re always excited to see our puppy, and he LOVES going there as well. They take the time to play with him, he loves the splash pad and the pond to swim in. We drive from New Caney to keep him here. I know he’s being well taken care of and safe here.
