I think these ladies are super sweet. I called and made an appt for my sweet Jasper Jack as he needed a bath desperately. Hes over 90 lbs. They made sure to ask many questions and took the time to be patient as this guy loves to visit any place with other pups. Hes squeaky clean and is fluffy and smells so nice.. Thank you ladies!!

The customer service was outstanding! My dog has always struggled with groomers in the past, and most couldn’t even complete his cut. But here, they made him feel completely comfortable—and he’s never looked better! I’m so grateful and impressed with the care and skill they provided. Will definitely be back!

I am BEYOND disappointed with the grooming my dog received. The first time I brought my dog here, they did a good job and she was straight from the shelter. She was in bad shape at that time, but they made her look beautiful. This time was horrific. She was in much better shape but had a few matted spots. I told them to trim her about 1/2 way and I show up to a dog who looks sick. I barely recognize her. I asked why did they shave her like this and they just kept saying she was matted down to the skin. There is NO WAY!!!! I brushed her myself and only felt a few pieces which I clipped. No one will make me believe they had to shave her down to the skin. She looks sick and pitiful. Then they were so nonchalant about it, not their dog so they could care less. And they raised their prices w

No one has groomed my husky as well as them!! She looked so good and her shedding was minimal for at least two months. (Which is unheard oh for my pup)

V is an excellent groomer especially for a dog with anxiety! I have an Australian Shepherd and V is her persona and I love the one on one attention! Lulu and me give 5 stars ⭐️ 💜
