All Creatures Pet Hospital

It's true, you get what u pay for. While searching for a new vet to continue use of my dogs flea medication, I came across All creatures advertisement for 1st exam free. Inside facility and staff felt to me as if the place is generically thrown together and they are getting to play pretend vet. Not a professional atmosphere. I had my dogs fingernails clipped, that was 30$. They did charge a disposable fee of 12$ or so. Would have been nice to know what actually happened in the back room. I did overhear the doctor say NO! My dog has such an easy going temperament. I did not see with my own eyes if she misbehaved while having nails trimmed. They did charge me for what I can only assume was a bowel movement. I have been bringing my pets to All Creatures for about a year, and have had a great experience with each visit. The staff is caring, kind, and compassionate. My visit last week was nothing short of amazing. After my cat suddenly went jaundice, Dr. Ferguson assessed him and was quickly able to diagnose his condition. Dr. Nash then performed a major operation, and kept me updated on his condition every step of the way. Thanks to Dr. Nash’s and Dr. Ferguson’s top tier expertise, extensive knowledge, and incredible abilities, Bob is now doing fantastic. I could not recommend them enough! They truly cared for Bob like one of their own. Thank you All Creatures!

I took my precious baby in on Monday Oct.27th and they diagnosed her with A upper respiratory infection I took her back that Friday because she wasn’t breathing well They did bloodwork and said that her white blood count was up elevated a little and sent her home I had to put my cat down Sunday, November 2 because she did not have an upper respiratory infection. She had a fungal infection and it killed her so please do not take your animal here. Thank you.

Brought in my African Grey for a wellness exam and abscess drain, they were fantastic and very professional. Handled my bird wonderfully and got him feeling much better, vet and staff were extremely nice and helpful . Would highly recommend, I’m definitely going to keep bringing my birds here!

Not my regular vet, they were used to handle my dog’s cremation. My dog died 8/7, however they had shut their computers down for the day so I came back early 8/8 to pay and complete the necessary paperwork. I asked when my baby would be back in their care and was told two weeks. Two weeks later, I go to pick her up and she’s not back yet. They seemed annoyed that I walked in asking about her. A week later, I ask about her again and was told it could be two more weeks. I reached out 8/26 to the facility that handles their cremations and found out that they did not even receive my dog until 8/25. The vet received my baby back on 9/2 and blamed the cremation facility for the process taking so long. They could’ve told me any date when I initially asked, maybe under promise and overdeliver ins
