Fluff and Buzz Pet Grooming

This was my pup’s first grooming session with Michelle. I expressed to her how I was looking for someone who I can introduce and have my puppy be familiarized & comfortable with considering he is very timid. In the beginning, I was hesitant if he would even let her near him and told her to do what she can; not wanting to stress them both. However, she exceeded my expectations I had requested & also stated he did great upon pick up! Proven me, the full amount of patience and dedicated love Michelle put out for my pup to allow her to work on him! She’s very understanding & does not rush when it comes to time! I have taken my sweet baby here many times now, and I have always been so happy with her cut, and that my pup is happy to go back the next time. Michelle does any awesome job not just with grooming but also with knowing when my girl needs a break or is just done. I trust that sometimes I might not have a perfectly groomed dog but my dog will still be happy and cool with coming back next time!!

New to the area and State for that matter and Michelle was AMAZING! Staff were super friendly and welcoming and my babies came out looking amazing!! Booked for 6 weeks to make sure they are handsome for Santa!!! And Fluff and Buzz is certified Fear Free so they are extra cautious and caring towards your fur baby to make sure their visit was not traumatic and they will want to come back again!

Soooo happy to find this Groomer! They did a wonderful job on our Havanese and he looks so handsome. We keep him short and Michelle cut him exactly the way we asked. Very talented! Definitely found our new groomer! Thank you!
