Ordered tile from Floor Center and the tile came so fast that we were not even ready to do the install yet. Great service! Great delivery! I will post pictures after the install.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not purchase from this company. I received my order but the product didn't fit with my planned remodel. I contacted the company numerous times about returning the product and they have yet to respond with details about returning my flooring. The company posts that they accept returns with fees etc... so I expected not to get all of my money back but with a complete lack of response I have over $2000 in flooring sitting in my hallway and no hopes of returning or getting a refund. We visited a local store and found a better product for half the price! Do Not buy from this store! Worst online shopping experience ever and I do a ton of shopping on line.

Very professional staff and good quality flooring. I ordered the natural grey 24x24 and looks amazing. The delivery took only 3 days as they promised. If you ever need assistance, you can talk to Patrick Smith. He will take care of you. I will for sure come back to floors center.
