From start to finish, this was hands down the most professional team we have ever had the pleasure of working with — and the results speak for themselves. We had our bathroom floors replaced (original 1950 linoleum with vinyl flooring, and deteriorating plywood boards) and were blown away by how quickly the entire project came together. Very professional and conscientious. I showed him an estimate for the proposed work from a “budget” tile and carpet company my daughter had got for me. When Ryan worked his numbers they actually came out lower - for a superior product and service. The order arrived almost immediately. Floor Coverings International does not subcontract out the work to whomever is passing by. They have teams that have been dedicated to them for years. We’re so incredibly happy we went with Floor Coverings International for our new floors and baseboards! They look amazing and the team was wonderful to work with. Matthew was so professional, clear, and communicative. He answered every question I had and gave us the confidence and support we needed throughout this project. The office staff was always easy to reach and extremely helpful and Daniel and our crew were kind, quick, and they expertly installed a replacement on our subfloor, new LVP, and baseboards. They even cut around our board and batten to make room for a larger baseboard and while I was concerned this would end up looking off, it’s perfect!
