Very happy with the care my yorkie received. Dr Klein is awesome! Staff is wonderful! You can tell he cares and answers questions or concerns you may have. Mia had a couple of extractions and she is healing wonderfully. She also recovered pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Their entire team has provided exceptional care to all of our pets over the years — from routine visits for our two cats, Hank and Oliver, to more complex procedures like dental work and tooth extractions. They were also incredible with our dog, Cooper, providing compassionate and thorough care throughout his life and in his final weeks. Every doctor and technician we’ve seen has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to explain things clearly and treat each animal like their own. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to communicate with, whether scheduling appointments or getting follow-up updates. We’ve been bringing our pets to Dr. Chris for almost 10 years, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction with her is warm, professional, and reassuring. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. Several years ago, our cat developed severe constipation issues that other veterinarians repeatedly treated with anesthesia and multiple medications—none of which solved the underlying problem and only caused her more stress. Dr. Chris approached the situation with fresh insight and was able to effectively resolve the issue. We’ve trusted her wholeheartedly ever since and are extremely grateful to have found her. This is a really amazing clinic. Dr. Tom is arguably the best Veterinary Dentist around town. The staff is lovely, the pricing is totally reasonable considering everything you're paying for. Veterinary medicine is expensive. GOOD veterinary medicine, especially a dental cleaning is where you really get what you pay for. Every pet I've had receive dental care through East Hilliard has done amazingly well! I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Chris cared for our four rabbits over the years- from ‘10 to ‘21. AMAZING, kind, compassionate, realistic. 10/10 would recommend for rabbit care :) She is amazing with our cats as well (of course) Much love from the Smith sisters :) Services are wonderful- shout out to techs and front desk folks. They also have the best decorations and are located in a relaxed part of town.
