Flathead Pet Emergency

We took our nine year old Bulldog into clinic early this morning. My wife and I were pleasantly pleased with the service we received from staff and doctor Dean. We found everyone very professional, and very helpful. I would like to thank doctor Dean for the information he shared with us how knowledgeable and professional he was. Doctor Dean explained the issue that was very easy to understand. We want to thank Doctor Dean and Flathead Pet Emergency for being here for us. It was very unfortunate that we ended up having to take my friend's dog to the emergency room (for pets), however the staff were very friendly and understanding. They answered all the questions we had and I believe they were doing their best to be considerate and informative. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs and I got the impression that they went to work for more than just a paycheck. I would recommend the place to anyone in need of emergency medical care for their pet (s).

This week was the start of a nightmare and down hill spiral, leading to the loss of our beloved Alex. From early Monday morning through Thursday morning, Dr. Dean and staff treated our sweet boy like their own family. They quickly diagnosed and treated him and kept us updated every step of the way. Unfortunately he became too sick to overcome it, but this team stood by our side with skill and compassion when we needed it most. We can't thank you enough for your kind, compassionate, and generous care! We will be forever grateful and know absolutely everything was done to try to keep our sweet Alex here with us. We miss him more than words 💔

We just want to acknowledge the care, skill and thoroughness of Dr. Freyia Swanson in examining our dog George for a painful swelling next to his nose. She went beyond just examining that swelling and gave feedback and explanations for everything that she found. Today he is as good as new having started anti-biotics, back to his usual vigor and life and no more sluggishness or pain.

They were amazing. We were on a trip coming back from a memorial service in Idaho. My mom’s dog got sick really fast and we brought her in to be seen and had to put her to sleep. The team here was extremely compassionate and caring. They ensured my parents had everything they needed to navigate a loss like this. Thank you alot from the bottom of our hearts.
