If I could give no stars I would . This is the worse cat adoption process I ever been through . The lady at the front desk is mean. She is using the two cats Quinn and Rome as bait and switch . Her whole process of looking at applications takes too long . Those poor cats should of of had a kind, caring and loving forever home already . Making them wait to be adopted and being in a cage so long I feel sorry for them . A week ago We fell in love with the cat at garden and home. I think his name was Quinn or Rome . We couldn't stop thinking about the cat we didn't mind adopting a second cat to be with him to give him comfort after all they are brothers raised in the same house. They would have everything they need and get the love they deserve for the rest of their lives in our home . Th

Just called to ask a question and when the lady asked me where i found the animal i wanted to help - i told her my home and she immediately hits back with “well i don’t know where you live” In a rude tone. I was simply calling for some help and was treated rudely for no reason. Made me feel uncomfortable.

So this isn’t like me to leave a bad review but here comes the Karen in me.. I called here EVERYDAY devastated looking for my missing black cat. The lady said, no they didn’t have any black cats, ok days goes by I decided to come in and just check, the lady assured me that there haven’t been any cats from from the day mine went missing.. sure enough my cat was right there the first cage, she then said she seen my missing post all over Facebook but ‘wasn’t aloud to say anything’. Im guessing they was trying to make profit off my cat considering he is declawed, spade all up to date on shots. If you have a pet missing please go look instead of calling.

My cat is currently missing and while calling local shelters to ask them to keep an eye out, the woman on the phone rudely said that they don’t deal with Gibraltar strays, as if animals can’t end up a city away. It wouldn’t have hurt to treat the situation with a little empathy. ALL of the other places I called wrote down my info and said they would call me if they found anything. Very disgusting behavior by this individual and they shouldn’t be in a field that regularly deals with compassion if they don’t have any.
