we had to put our dog down and have never been to Flat Rock Animal Hospital. They were so kind and took us in and treated us like we were a life long patient. They were very kind and gentle when they took him in making sure he had a blanket and was comfortable. They even sent us a nice card they all signed. Thank you so much for making a sad situation so comfortable. Highly recommend

I love this clinic! My dog can be very nervous at the vet, but everyone here is so kind, patient, and professional. They always make us both feel comfortable and never judged. My cat also had surgery here, I was extremely impressed with the quality of care and the surgical closure, he healed perfectly and had zero complications. The vets and techs are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. The clinic is clean and tidy. Appointments are easy to schedule, and they always manage to get us in quickly when needed. I’m grateful to have found a clinic that provides such excellent care for my pets! Highly recommend.

I had to put my Kiki down. The staff are well versed in how to deal with the animal and people's emotions. I cried. Petted her, held her during the process. Very peaceful. I highly recommend this office.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, do not recommend taking your pet there. ALL ABOUT MONEY , do not care about your pets. My 13 year old cat is on a medicated food for almost a year and I was getting low, I call to get an prescription renewal form so I can order more and I’m told that they now need to see my pet before giving me another refill But that they could make in an exception one time. I’ve never been called once for them to check on my cat since they’ve prescribed her the food but now they “need to see her” when she’s 100% fine. It’s all about the extra money. My cat gets extremely stressed to go the vet and considering shes fine I don’t want to take her again just to have them look at her and tell me what I could have told them. Simply that it’s working for her. So I go to pick up the script and

Reasonable and if u have a emergency they get u in the same day I love that my other vet wanted me to wait a week🤔
