Five Star Dog Resort

We recently had our dog trained at Five Star Dog Resort, and they did an outstanding job! The trainers were professional, patient, and truly skilled at bringing out the best in our pup. We saw real, lasting improvements in his behavior and obedience, and it made such a difference in our daily life. Fast forward a few months, and we needed to board him for a week while we were away. Walking him back in after all that time was amazing—he lit up the second he saw the staff again, tail wagging like crazy, so excited and happy to be back. It was clear he felt safe, loved, and right at home there. Seeing him so thrilled instantly put our minds at ease about leaving him. We’ve been using them for years for kennel services. They have always been fantastic. Recently we’ve leveraged their dog training services as we got a puppy that was a bit more out of control than we were prepared to handle. Not only have they greatly assisted in his training, but they’ve built up his confidence (he was pretty skidding) without breaking her sweet personality. I strongly recommend Darren and his staff. They are the only place I would trust my fur family members.

All our 4-legged fur babies have always stayed at 5 Star Dog Resort. Currently, we have a very timid rescued toy Aussie and a rescued deaf border collie. Everyone at 5 Star is kind and considerate to our fur kids. They even keep the cheat sheet I made the first time we brought our deaf fur baby with cues for sign language she understands and how to use our hearing pupper to engage our Border or get her attention. I HAVE to trust that my fur babies are going to be treated well wherever I am trusting enough to leave them. Darren and his team at Five Star are it.

Our dog, Bella, loves the staff here as if they were a second family. They are so friendly, flexible, and take great care of the animals. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It has been a game-changer for easy boarding when we are traveling.

Our lab, Esther, boarded and attended the On Leash and Off Leash training with Darin. She is now a very well trained dog. Walks through the park off leash and is very obedient. Training was well done and good for the owners too. Very important to us that she does pull the leash when walking. Thanks Five Star Resort and Darin!!
