Five Below

Hey, so I love this store. Super fun with lots of neat stuff. Normally the employees are pretty great. Whoever is running your security at the front podium is unbearably loud when speaking. Especially when it’s 30 minutes to close, and he has to project… and the tone isn’t pleasurable. No I wasn’t spending 30 minutes in there. I grabbed a couple of things and that was it. But he is SO LOUD when speaking to his coworkers. I could hear him guffawing all the way in the back of the store. And then he proceeded to stare down into his phone. Don’t get me wrong, downtime calls for leisure time. However, if you are alleged “security”, you probably shouldn’t be TikToking. Just a suggestion. I will continue to shop here. Would’ve had five stars, but my dude needs to chill.

I purchase a mouse today for my work station at home. The mouse didn’t work I misplaced my receipt but i didn’t want to waste my money I just spent to make this purchase. Times are hard and everyone works hard for their money in today’s world. I took the mouse back due to I need a replacement and I just made the purchase today. During returning it the manager states that she can’t do my return without my receipt due to her not having anything to scan. I understood her reasoning behind this but it didn’t make sense because i shop at five below all the time. I mostly visit my fav location on Monroe which is closer to me. I was very upset because i have returned things before and i also showed the manager my phone receipt where i just paid for the items today. I went to the back of the store
