My young cat was mysteriously ill. Fever, not eating or drinking. They were able to get me in the same day I called after being turned down at 5 other places. The blood work that came back shed no light on what was wrong. It was the day before Christmas Eve so we just gave her fluids, injection of 10 day antibiotics, an injection of antiinflammatories and two pills to get through the holidays. Christmas day evening she snapped out of it and has been improving ever since. The rest of her blood work came back good and still no idea what was wrong. I wish she could talk. The Dr was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff was very nice.

Dr. Kyle and his team are great!!!! The techs treat Red and Smokey like they are their own pets. Dr. Kyle was down to earth, didn't talk down to us, didn't suggest unnecessary and/or costly tests, kept everything straightforward, and made us feel at ease. He even emailed us afterwards with test results, further options and recommendations, and an opportunity to ask follow up questions. No other veterinarian has ever done that for us. Having our pets' medical issues in writing with options to look over and come back to is so much more helpful than trying to remember everything. His office even sent an estimate for a procedure for our cat and a breakdown of the costs. Dr. Babitch and staff were great with our dog. He’s a Great Dane with reactivity issues and they were patient and thorough. They understood that what looked like aggression was fear. I have brought my reptile, parrot and cats here as well and have always had a great experience. They are the best!

I recently adopted a cat from a shelter and she was sneezing a ton and had a few other issues I was concerned about. I was new to the area, so I was searching for a local vet and Fitchburg vet has been amazing!! They can get you an appointment pretty quickly too! I had to take my kitty in a few different times and everytime Dr. Lauren Keith was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I was worried about pricing, but they made sure to provide pricing and treatment options before providing care, which I really appreciated! They are very reasonably priced! They are also super responsive. I’ve had to call the clinic a few times with questions and they get back to me right away. Dr. Keith even went above and beyond to send me a detailed email about the visit summary. I would highly recommend this v

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff treated Benji with such genuine care and compassion. Every single tech was gentle, kind, and so patient. They truly made us feel like we were in good hands. Special shoutout to Dr. Katie Cunningham. She was absolutely amazing. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and you could tell she genuinely cared about Benji’s well-being. It’s rare to find a vet who is not only knowledgeable but also so loving and attentive. What truly blew me away was that they even texted me the next day to check on Benji. Who does that? That level of follow-up and heart is so rare and so appreciated. They even signed his cast 😭🥰🩷 Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of my baby. We’re so grateful.
