Contacted artepupp after a referral. Scheduled online and got a quick response about availability. Confirmed out an appt from 1-2pm for the following week. Date arrived 1:00 came and went. Texted and called. Finally got a call from the receptionist who informed us the appt time frame was the arrival window, NOT the appointment time. Ok. Told her that was not clearly called out but gave the benefit of the doubt because she explained it was a new portal. Groomer arrived at 2:15 (outside the quoted window even as arrival time). Spent time getting to know our dog and after quite some time finally took her to be “groomed.” She arrived back with no bath, a mullet haircut and no other grooming. Still charged $90. He also told us he recommended an appt every two weeks to get our dog acclimated to

Our princess Emma is a picky one. Very shy and attached to us - but she loves Kelsie!! And we can tell Kelsie and everyone there love our girl

Best groomer ever! I have a mini golden doodle and in past grooming appointments elsewhere, groomers always cut her too hair too short. Artepupp nailed it! My pup’s coat is super soft, perfectly groomed, and she is a happy girl. 10/10 will be going back time and time again.

Artepupp was AMAZING!!! TAYLOR is a very great groomer. The staff is very accommodating. Jasper is very happy with his haircut. Would highly recommend!!!

Kelsey has been grooming our dog since she was a baby. She is 10 years old now. Kelsey is always dental and patient with her. She is not easy to manage. She is so good with her. When I come to pick her up, Juneau is always happy and cute as a bug. We love you and your team Kelsey! Thanks for taking good care of our family dog.
