The multitude of the people that work here are extremely rude every time I go in. And they also have a snake that is in an enclosure entirely too small for her as well as a water bowl that is not the right size for that big of a snake. I had enough money to buy the snake and tried but they said it was a pet. How on Earth can you keep the snake that big as a pet in that small of an enclosure? I will be getting hold of the Arkansas Humane Society today

These guy are awesome. Really like the dude who's been there forever. Super helpful, and friendly. Amazing prices on live plants, they have tons of different animals, hedgehogs, birds, reptiles, ferrets, bunnies, mice, things that look like mice, hamsters, snails, crabs, shrimp, newt and newt like things, I seen Venus fly traps in there the other week. Heck, they even have freshly made human snacks up by the counter for sell. I enjoy every visit. Didn't plan on buying anything today, but the deal I got for the live plants I asked about, how could I not spend a little lol can't wait to go back again!

This is by far the coolest place …. The people are the most honest people I have ever done business with , they accidentally overcharged me for a hedgehog , when I came back to pick the hedgehog up , they came to me and told me they did and handed me cash , they have my business for the rest of my life , I drive from mtn home for my aquarium supplies 🩷 unique animals of all different kinds here

Great experience, we just adopted a bearded dragon and the staff help us navigate what we needed and what we definitely did not need - saving us a lot of 💵. Had a big variety on fish, turtle, snake and lizard supplies. They also had guinea pigs rabbits, and other rodents. Next time we are bringing our daughter to see all the different animals!

I get my crickets and dubias from here. Plus replacement bulbs when needed. Prices a bit higher than online of course but it’s local. People are friendly to me.
