I bought an in wall doggie door from this business in November and I just got it installed today. It was an open box when I bought it but it was brand new and they gave me a good discount on it. When my handyman was finishing the install he said that it had been used. I looked at it and everything was brand new except for one flap that was very dirty and broken at the bottom. It looked obvious to me that the previous customer had pulled a scam on this business and had taken the new flap off and put the old used one back on and then returned it to the business. I called Brandon and explained the situation to him. He made it right without hesitation and without question. This is a very honest business and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. T

I have used Countryside Pet Supply for years for many things for many pets. The service is always helpful and pleasant and the products very fairly priced. Most importantly to me is the very rapid turn around time for getting my much needed supplies to me quickly and in great condition. The one time that I had a mix up (mostly my fault as a newly diagnosed sugar Momma), the correct supplies were send the next day. Outstanding service always. The people from Countryside pets are awesome! When I found out my dog had diabetes, I had no clue what I needed to take care of him. CDSI told me to call and Countryside Pets employees would take care of me. I called and was so relieved because he explained exactly what I would need to get started home testing. I was also surprised and grateful because my total bill was way lower than if I had gone somewhere else to get the supplies. Every time I have to place an order, who ever answers is very helpful. I highly recommend this store! Oh one more thing, very fast shipping!

I order from here a lot as I have a diabetic dog. They have been so awesome getting my supplies to me quickly and they are very affordable.
