Firehouse Animal Health Center Belterra

We had such a wonderful experience at Firehouse Vet Care! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. We brought our new puppy in to complete his vaccines. Dr. Dillon was incredibly attentive, patient, and sweet while seeing our puppy, Zane. You can tell how much she truly cares about animals and making sure both pets and their owners feel comfortable. She took the time to answer our questions and made the whole visit a really positive experience. A special shoutout to Bridget as well! She is always so happy and ready to greet everyone who walks through the door. Her warm personality makes such a difference, and she is always so sweet with our puppy Zane. I can’t enough great things about the Doctors and staff at this location. We had to put down our beloved dog ((Gunner) yesterday and they treated us with the utmost respect, kindness and humility. Thank you again for taking great care of our dog and us.

We had such a wonderful experience with Firehouse Animal Health Center in Belterra. They took incredible care of my senior dog, PJ, and treated her with so much patience and compassion. It’s never easy navigating care for an older pup, but their team made us feel supported every step of the way. What we appreciated most was their understanding when it came to cost. They were willing to thoughtfully split up the services PJ needed so we could manage everything responsibly without compromising her care. That flexibility meant the world to us. Firehouse Belterra was truly one of a kind. The care we got from the moment we stepped in was amazing. My newly adopted pet, Gemma loved all the attention she got and especially the yummy treats. Dr. Dillon took time to get to know her and was so gentle as she knew Gemma was still cautious especially since she's been in the shelter for more than 200 days. We absolutely love Dr. Henthorne. We started seeing her at Springs and when they closed, we were devastated but were so glad that she landed at Firehouse. She cares so much for each of my dogs and truly goes above and beyond to take care of our fur family. We've also seen Dr. Dillon a few times and she's just as wonderful. Great staff all around from the techs to administrative, not to mention fair pricing! I always feel informed when making treatment decisions for my pups and know they are in great care at Firehouse!
