If I could give zero I would. We went away last Monday and dropped off our white tree frog with these clowns. They willingly accepted which made us think they knew how to take of them. We came back today to grab him. And the way the tank came back to us scared us. They added moss to the tank which is NOT okay with them. It clings onto the frogs, stresses them out and holds too much humidity. Our frog was ice cold like they barely put him in any heat at all, and gave him a water bowl big enough for one singular mouse to fit in. Frogs are supposed to soak and he was unable too. Now he’s extremely discolored, spotted which looks like infection, and his legs are redder than usual, which could possibly link to red leg disease. As well as a fungal. With the discoloring. Rescued a hamster from here 3 months ago on Halloween. Was told the hamster was one years old and in good health. When I picked her up she had mold in her bedding and was starving. I took very good care of her saved her from these conditions and unfortunately she passed away today 3 months later due to the damages they caused her. She was such a sweet girl 💔 Would NEVER support this business again. All of these exotic animals are not properly taken care of and should be removed IMMEDIATELY!

Tj and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring for all types of animals! They will give you their best recommendations based on experience and not off what someone has told them to sell. They will lead you down the right path to care for your pet unlike big box pet stores who can lead you astray. Very personable and passionate about what they do. If they don't have something you like or have bought somewhere else there is a good chance they can order it for you and have it in a few days.
