Craig is an absolute gentleman. He is an absolute pleasure to work with! He promptly provided us with a quote, measured our space, provided his insight and adjusted items to provide the most cost effective items. Craig and his team delivered our Mohawk floors for the basement and attic and they exceeded our expectations! The floors were not leveled and they went above and beyond working tirelessly to deliver perfection. Ashley and Mike understood my needs well and reviewed tons of samples with me within my budget and color scheme. God bless Craig who patiently accommodated my moving timeline. Alex and Gordy did a pristine job with the installation, and worked so fast. My parents had an equally great experience with them too. Thrilled with my experience with Carpets With A Twist. Craig and his staff were extremely helpful, their prices and selection were great (I bought stair runner with install) and overall everything was completed earlier than I expected which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend!!

If I could give 20 stars I would. In addition to being very helpful with the product selection for our new floor, Craig and Mike were there for us when we hit a couple of snags. Our contractor hurt his back and could not complete the install. They sent over an experienced expert installer (Chris) on the fly and installed our floor. When our contractor disappeared for a week and we had to have the shoe molding installed (or lose our move in date with our movers) they found another expert (Baltazar) who did a fabulous job.
