Amazing grooming! I can only imagine that the boarding and daycare services are also fantastic, but we haven't done those. Ashlie groomed our boy Leo and she was amazing! I swear, he's a couple pounds lighter and his skin, ears, feet, and nails are like brand new! His little foot pads are absolutely supple! Kinda feel bad about asking him to walk outside on the pavement or concrete. And the price was beyond fair! I wanna say more because the results were that impressive, but there's nothing else to say! This place is fantastic!

This was my first time using FingerLakes pet resort and I was very happy. My dog Max was well taken care of and they answered my questions during his stay and sent pictures of him playing. He looked great and well rested. Thank you to all the staff. God Bless

We just had our dog here for an 8 day boarding. Registration was easy. There was another online registration I did a few days prior to drop-off. You were able to select packages if you wanted them, grooming, training, etc. I strictly remember passing on any packages, and was still charged for a bronze package (included $5 each day for premium suite) for $180 ON TOP of boarding fees which was $39.95 a day. no idea what those even look like. We were given an estimate of about $430, ended up paying almost $700. We dropped our pup dog off on Friday at noon. Was boarded until the following Saturday. It shows online they have a place for report cards, photos during their stay, and even a webcam (wasn’t active). We didn’t hear anything from them on updates or anything until Tuesday when I called

This was my very first time trying to bring my dogs to a daycare. I had heard great things and the location was very convenient for us. Really unfortunate, the subpar level of communication. I was hoping for basic training and daycare to get my young pups more integrated with other dogs. I booked an evaluation for the two dogs and it was confirmed with me by the Resort but when I arrived they told me they weren't doing evaluations that day. I booked another new pup evaluation the next week with an employee directly. The second attempt, after dropping them off, they called after 1.5hrs saying they don't have all the correct vaccines so they couldn't do the evaluation. Not once did anyone tell me what was required as far as vaccines (email, text, verbal) or I would have taken care of it ASAP

The grooming team at finger lakes did an AMAZING job on our girl Lucy. When she’s feeling adventurous she goes out into the woods and gets burrs stuck in her long thick hair and they’re impossible for us to remove! We took her to get groomed and she looks so beautiful and happy. Thank you!!!
