Staff is humble, superbly helpful as well as educated on way to help with the adoption process. They assisted endlessly by communicating with sister store & our adoption process was timely & successful! Had a great experience in store getting my puppy. There was no pressure and I am so happy to have found my newest family member. The store is very clean and there were a variety of small dogs to choose from. Sofia was great in helping me make a good choice and finance solutions. For the negatives, even though you’ll see the words adoption this is just a shop to purchase puppies so that isn’t entirely accurate. Also the financing part is not very good, you do a initial application but no one can give you information like interest rates or loan details before running the entire financing through which makes no sense, plenty of other places you get that information in the preapproval stage. One last minor thing, they do a while oicutre with your dog and a ring light and it’s a cute moment but
