If you're looking for someone to grieve for you or give you sympathy for your animals, this may not be the place for you. If you have a larger animal that needs cremated and putting your own dog into the furnace is something that will bother you, this might not be the spot for you. The lady that runs this is very old and has been doing this for a long time. This is not out of a brick and mortar business, it's out of her home. The furnace is legit and industrial grade out in her shed. She read us like many others a really nice little poem at the end and gave us a copy of it. I want to be as clear as possible, this place may not be for everyone. This lady is doing a job

Terri was amazing I had one dog cremated there back in 2012 and I don't really remember much of that. I recently lost another dog very suddenly and wanted her cremated Terri was a proce I could afford at the time she was very respectful and kind both over the phone and when I took my princess to her and picked her up. It felt like she was treating me like I was family even though I'm not. I don't even know if she recognized me from 2012 when we took my blue dog to be cremated by her. Highly highly recommend using. She also had my princess Lucy back to me in a couple short days didn't take forever and was upfront with me when she called me to tell me she was ready that if I didn't pick her up that day it would have to wait another day or two cause she wouldn't be around. I loved her upfront

Dealing with Final Paws was amazing. I had 2 cats cremated. . . I kept having to reschedule bringing them in over and over because of one thing or another and they were SO understanding and patient with me. Then when I brought them in they were very kind and treated my kitties respectfully, and he even said a little prayer/poem for them that was so SO sweet. They had them done in a very timely manner as well. And the price was very decent. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has lost a pet and doesn't have the place to bury them themselves or would rather keep/spread their ashes. Very kind people who treated my fur babies with so much love.

My Alaskan malamute passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday early morning and could not get a hold of anyone! I called everywhere and all I got was a bunch of voicemails. Final paws was the last place I called and an elderly lady answered the phone and was able to help me first thing Sunday morning. She was so empathetic and understanding. Bailey will be cremated and I know she will be in good hands with Terri! Thank you, Final paws for being there for us!❤️

I called on Monday night about having my animal cremated. It was around 6pm and was told "you know you're the second person today who has called about crematin an odd animal" then proceeded to say "call back at 8am when we are actually open" Heartless lady is who answered my call as my animal was actively dying in my hands. Will NEVER recommend to ANYONE
