Dr. Katie and her entire staff are a pleasure to work with. I have never met a woman more passionate, caring, kind, and who loves animals more than Dr. Katie. She welcomed my dog with open arms and was patient with him all throughout his wild puppy days, to adulthood. We love Fidelis Animal Hospital & especially love their new beautiful clinic in Georgetown. This business is an asset to the community and there’s no better staff to care for your animals.
Dr. Katie and her staff are kind and compassionate and were able to treat our cat quickly and with great results. Your pet will be treated with the care and love that they deserve.
Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Kattie! The staff was both friendly and professional. As a first-time patient, our Shih Tzu received a thorough and comprehensive assessment. I really appreciated Dr. Kattie’s holistic approach, backed up with relevant tests. Highly recommend!👍🙂
Update as promised: doctor/owner reached out. Explained the possible vaccine impacts. Will provide a pain reliever that is safe for cats and will see him tomorrow if he has not improved. It could very well be that my cat is super sensitive. He is only a year old so we are all learning. Brought my one year old cat in for FVRCP and Rabies vaccines yesterday. Stuck him in lower area which is done for a reason as explained by owner. Medicine advances in pet world as well. He is lethargic which has already improved a tiny bit....won't eat or drink for over 24 hours. I am providing a dropper of water. He is in pain! Emotions run high when it's your pet and you cant help.
This is the best care🐾my pup gets excited as soon as we go through the door. I drive from Myrtle Beach just for the best care ever❤️
