My dog’s beautiful coat is completely ruined after months of combing and grooming him. They said he was “matted” when I meticulously comb him every night to keep him from not being matted. They said I wasn’t getting “deep enough”… please. It’s evident when a dog is matted.. They called my wife and said that he would needed to be cut “shorter”. She said ok, but this is not shorter…. This is shaved…and this is the second time they did this. They mistakenly cut all his hair off his last cut and he had cuts on his stomach and testes. To be argued with and treated like you don’t know what you’re talking about is disgusting and horrible customer service. I will rescind all my recommendations for your company and tell people not to come here. Your excuse is that he would’ve looked weird with ce

FETCH is just THE most fabulous dog boutique I’ve ever seen! Very much worth the drive from Manhattan, as there’s nothing like it in this city. Or maybe even in the USA! Seriously, you will not believe your eyes, and it’s so nice to have the experience of shopping in an actual store and talking with other dog owners. FETCH carries all the top dog fashions for every season, along with the most fashionable dog carriers & beds, treats, toys, you name it! The women who own the store couldn’t be nicer. They’ve even special ordered things for me. They recently moved to a larger space and added grooming services. Talk about everything you need all in one place! If you’re lucky, you’ll happen in on a day when they’re having one of their well known, over the top events! Such fun! My dog loves when

Shelby did an amazing job grooming my 9 month old poodle puppy! He is usually very timid and shy in new situations but she made him feel very comfortable. Not only does he look beautiful, he had a positive experience as well. A few hours after I brought him home, I called to ask Shelby if we could come back to get a little more trimmed off the top of his head. She was very accommodating and my little guy ran right back into the shop without hesitation. That says a lot! Thank you Shelby!!

My precious puppy was hacked. You can see the shaved marks and his pink skin. He was so traumatized we had to take him to the vet to medicate him. Shame on this salon! They shaved and hacked his hair off for 75 dollars. Shame on this salon. His rear end was so raw and shaven he couldn’t SIT DOWN.

Amazing store and grooming!! We moved from the city and we were so sad to leave our groomer there, but so happy we found Fetch!! The groomer Shelby did an amazing job and made our yorkie Olivia feel very comfortable. Also, the store is beautiful and has beautiful clothing and accessories. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back soon! :)
