I'm confused and my home smelled of poop and pee!! I felt thst my babies were safe. I used the service and was very unhappy. What was discussed before the service was not done. Dog poop on the wall, I set aside towels for cleaning any mess and they used my dish rag and they left it on top of his crate. One of the people she sent did not use the shoe covers as I asked them to do. They never secured my home as I has left the alarm remote control. I called the owner and she while on vacation and had expressed my concerns and she said that she would call me back and never did, I had to call her back.

I would give it NO STARS if I could. I asked for a sitter for a vacation many weeks in advance and heard NOTHING. I called FETCH and was told Megan would call me back the next day. HEARD NOTHING! Then a few days before my trip I got a random email from a dog sitter who said she was from FETCH and was coming to sit for my dogs. No advance notice, phone call, email, etc. Seriously, did they think I was just sitting around waiting for them to act? I needed to secure a sitter prior to my trip, not a few days before. They are unreliable, with the worst communication skills.

I have Stage 4 cancer and the last round of chemo took a lot out of me. My sweet 16 month old puppy needed much attention I could no longer do. In comes Paula. I am so lucky to have her on my team. She is trustworthy, loving, responsible and reliable. I have her team come twice a day and recommend her highly. You found the best.

I moved to Florida with my Boston Terrier and found Fetch through the Thumbtack app. The best luck I could have had. As I have many last minute appointments, Paula is extremely accommodating. She and Jorge are reliable, on time, careful, through and loving to my 3 year old Boston. Jorge is amazing. He plays with Orley and has taken interest in his tricks. Plus, Jorge has the best smile ever. It's a joy to know my dog is appreciated and enjoyed in such a happy way. The overnight last week worked out very well. My experience with this Company has been great. Paula has come out to help with Walking my Dog on several occasions. From the very first time Paula took my Dog for a walk my Dog was comfortable and sensed right away Paula was an Animal lover. Well since that first time there has been many more occasions where Ive booked Paula for my Dog. Each time my Dog came home happy, relaxed, and you could tell it was because she was just so comfortable with Paula. My Dog can be quite difficult to walk. In fact it's a main reason I was looking for help with walking. I have an Elderly Mother who absolutely can not walk my Dog because the dog is to strong.
