First time taking my cat to a pet groomer because he had so many mats. I’m very happy that they were able to work with my cat considering he’s never been groomed before. They were able to brush out all of his matts except his bottom (which they shaved). I only asked for them to remove the mats but they went above and beyond. The results were amazing he looks great and smells great too!

My cat Luka is now feeling much better, and the experience was smooth. The staff’s dedication to feline health and comfort makes this place a standout. Extremely traumatic experience for my cat. My cat is a long-haired Scottish Chinchilla and is known to be very aggressive and anxious during grooming. In our home country, grooming is always done under light sedation at a veterinary clinic because of this. At this salon, my cat was kept for about 40 minutes and force groomed without any sedation or proper handling for an aggressive cat. When we picked him up, his body was shaved extremely close to the skin. His skin is visibly pink, which shows how deeply they shaved him. Since coming home, my cat has shown clear signs of severe stress and trauma: he cannot relax, cannot sleep properly, barely eats, urinates and defecates outside the litter box, and seems psychologically shocked. I had an amazing experience at Feline Fabulous. Adam took exceptional care of my Persian cat, Luca. He had some dried stool stuck near private area and they left him completely clean and comfortable.
